We built the web platform "Educandomex.com" to fix operational and commercial problems at EduCANdo, a dog daycare with multiple services and branches. Sales were logged by hand — invisible losses and human error. The only sales channels were in person and by phone, which capped reach and speed.

We built a platform that automates the operations that matter. A CRM tracks vaccines, birthdays, and client appointments. An online service-sales system lets customers book at any hour, without a middle step.

A core piece is the sales desk: branch staff enter sales simply and accurately, which cuts errors and keeps the books clean.

We also set user levels — branch sellers, supervisors, and administrators — with restricted access by section. Each role sees what it needs: sales control, order loading, and the rest of the admin surface.

Educandomex.com changed how EduCANdo runs operations and sales: faster service, fewer manual steps, and a system that fits how the branches actually work.
