1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of inteligart.com and the services provided by Inteligart S.A. de C.V. (“Inteligart”).
By using the website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
2. Services
Inteligart is a digital marketing agency offering, among other services, brand strategy, digital advertising, campaign management, technology development and applied artificial intelligence.
The scope, price, deliverables and term of each service are defined in the proposal or contract entered into with each client.
If there is any difference between these terms and a proposal or contract entered into specifically with a client, that document will prevail with respect to the contracted service.
3. Access to advertising accounts
To manage campaigns, clients may grant us access to their Google Ads accounts or accounts on other platforms.
The client:
- confirms that they are authorized to grant that access;
- may revoke it at any time;
- remains responsible for the payment method and advertising spend associated with their account.
Inteligart uses this access solely to provide the agreed services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the applicable policies of each platform and the applicable Google Ads API terms.
Any changes that increase advertising spend will be made in accordance with the client’s instructions or agreement.
4. User obligations
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- use the website and services lawfully;
- not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or information belonging to Inteligart or third parties;
- hold the necessary authorization for any accounts, materials or information they provide to Inteligart.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, logos, designs and materials, belongs to Inteligart or its respective licensors and may not be copied, distributed or used without authorization where such authorization is legally required.
Ownership, licenses and rights relating to deliverables developed for individual projects are governed by the corresponding proposal or contract.
6. Limitation of liability
Inteligart provides its services with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific campaign, sales, conversion or other results, as these depend on multiple external factors including advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, budgets and user behavior.
Inteligart is not responsible for outages, interruptions, modifications or suspensions of third-party platforms or services outside its control.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms.
The current version will be the version published on this page and will display its latest update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
